    1. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

    If you wish to cancel your order before the scheduled delivery date, you may do so without any cancellation charges, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the delivery time.

    Any advance payment made at the time of booking will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the first month's rental amount to cover logistics costs already incurred.

    2. Order Cancellation After Delivery

    Once the furniture or appliance has been delivered and installed, the order is considered active and standard rental terms apply.

    If you wish to terminate the rental agreement early, a minimum notice period of 30 days is required. Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your rental agreement.

    Refunds for prepaid rental months beyond the notice period will be processed after deducting applicable early termination charges.

    3. Security Deposit Refund

    The security deposit collected at the time of booking is fully refundable at the end of the rental period, subject to the following conditions:

    • The rented item(s) are returned in good condition with no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
    • All outstanding dues, including pending rent and any applicable charges, have been cleared.
    • The item(s) have been picked up by our team or returned to our facility as agreed.

    The security deposit refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item has been inspected and approved by our team.

    In case of damage, missing parts, or unpaid dues, the applicable charges will be deducted from the security deposit, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

    4. Refund for Failed Transactions

    If a payment is debited from your account but not received by us due to a technical error or payment gateway failure, the amount will be automatically reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    If the reversal does not happen within this period, please contact us at +91 9024849400 or contact@eliterentals.in with your transaction details, and we will resolve it promptly.

    5. Non-Refundable Charges

    The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:

    • Delivery and installation charges (once the delivery has been completed)
    • Pickup and uninstallation charges
    • Any penalties or late payment fees already levied
    • Charges for damage or missing components deducted from the security deposit

    6. Refund Method

    All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. We do not offer refunds in cash unless the original payment was made in cash.

    Refund timelines:

    • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
    • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
    • Wallet: 1–3 business days

    Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. EliteRentals Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
