EliteRentals provides furniture and appliance rental services for residential and commercial purposes. Our services include:

Furniture rental (sofas, beds, dining sets, etc.)
Appliance rental (refrigerators, washing machines, etc.)
Delivery and installation services
Maintenance and support during rental period

3. Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Duration

Minimum rental period is 1 month. Rental periods can be extended subject to availability and additional charges.

3.2 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies by product and is clearly stated during booking.

3.3 Payment Terms

Monthly rental charges are due in advance. Late payment may result in additional fees or termination of service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
Ensure proper care and maintenance of rented items
Report any damage or issues immediately
Allow access for delivery, installation, and pickup
Return items in original condition (normal wear accepted)

5. Damage and Loss Policy

Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. In case of damage or loss:

Minor damage: Repair costs will be deducted from security deposit
Major damage: Customer may be charged full replacement cost
Loss or theft: Customer is liable for full replacement value

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Before Delivery

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery with no penalty.

6.2 After Delivery

Early termination requires 30 days notice and may incur early termination fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

EliteRentals' liability is limited to the rental charges paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.
